Um, quite. What I really meant to say is that you see that orange blob in the top corner over there? Well RUBS now has an RSS feed. If you don't know what one of them is, then just ignore it. If you do know what it is, then you already know what to do.
Teething Problems
11th June 2007
As we've just transitioned to a new website, if you come across anything that doesn't look quite as it should be, please Drop me a line.
A new year, a new committee, a new site
10th June 2007
Go explore, but may I suggest the top left corner - yes I know its a questionnaire, but it'll only take 30s and we'll all be really grateful, honest.
Across the top you can quickly see what's coming up on the RUBS calendar, and explore what we've done in the past.
There is an updated section on the new committee along with contact links, a dedicated page for our sponsors and affiliates, and you can read about the society on the cryptically named About Us page. Oh, there's also a revamped gallery for your delectation and delight.
The events section is brand new, as is the site interaction. Like the sound of something we're planning? Then click the bright green button on the page, give us your email address, and you'll be kept up to date with any changes regarding that event. Help us to help you - the more people interested, the bigger the events we can run.
We also aim to get an exhaustive report on all our events up on the site, so if you see something mentioned you like the sound of, let us know and we'll try and do something else similar in the future.

Affiliation with Bright Futures
13th May 2007
RUBS is delighted to announce that we are affiliated with the newly re-branded Bright Futures - formally Student Industrial Services (SIS).
Bright Futures is a not-for-profit student organisation, which aims to act as a bridge between employers and university students, through societies such as our own. As part of the re-brand they are introducing lots of new ideas, the most exciting of which, in my opinion, is the ability to set up an online CV viewable by potential employers signed up with Bright Futures.
The potential for this organisation (and RUBS on the coat-tails) are huge, so click the link on the left and check it out! The future's bright, the future's... (sorry)
